At Barre on the Beat, we deliver music-powered barre classes that blend the strength of barre, the flow of yoga, and the core focus of Pilates into one energizing workout.
At barre on the beat, each exercise is choreographed with carefully chosen songs. I personally create the playlist, one song per move, to keep you in the groove.
What type of music do I play? This is a mix of old school, new tunes, and all genres to get your body moving. When the beat drops, that’s when you know it’s about to go down!
All classes are low impact and high intensity, designed to challenge you without putting too much stress on your joints. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned mover, my workouts are made for all levels with options and modifications to support you every step of the way.
