1. What should I bring to class?

Just bring yourself, a water bottle, and positive energy! Everything else is provided for you.

2. Is equipment provided?

Yes! We use high-quality mats, weights, resistance bands, and balls, all ready for you when you arrive.

3. Do I need a dance background?

Not at all! Our classes are designed for all levels, from complete beginners to seasoned movers. No rhythm required, just move at your own pace.

4. Is barre the same as Pilates?

Barre blends elements of Pilates, yoga, and strength training, but it’s its own unique workout. You’ll feel the burn in small, controlled movements while building strength, balance, and flexibility.

5. What if I’ve never taken a barre class before?

You’re in the right place! Every class is beginner-friendly, and modifications are always offered so you can challenge yourself at your level.

6. What should I wear?

Comfortable workout clothes you can move in (leggings, tank top, etc.). Grip socks are optional but recommended for extra stability.

7. Are classes low impact?

Yes! All our classes are low impact but high intensity meaning you’ll get a great workout without stress on your joints.

8. Can men take class too?

Absolutely! While many of our clients are women and moms, barre is for everybody.
